30+ Scholarships with April 2026 Deadlines

The following scholarships include opportunities for high school students, undergraduate, graduate school, and adult students.

1st Financial Bank Financial Goals Scholarship. This is a monthly scholarship open to US residents aged 18 and older who are planning to enroll or are currently enrolled in a college degree program. This is an essay-based scholarship that centers around the importance of incorporating financial literacy into one’s college career. The deadline is the last day of every month. Award of $2000.  

 

Achievers in Technology Program. This scholarship is from Sankofatech and is open 

to students who will be starting their first year of college and are pursuing a STEM degree program. Awards up to $2000. Deadline is April 27th.  

 

AKA-EAF Scholarship. These scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students with a minimum GPA of 3.0, who have demonstrated engagement in community service. Fellowships are also available for groups, organizations, and companies for research, The award amount is not disclosed. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

American Nuclear Society Scholarships. Open to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate, graduate, community college, and trade school students pursuing nuclear engineering. Awards of up to $5000. Deadline is April 1st.  

 

ASID Scholarships. These scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing interior design programs. These opportunities are offered by the American Society of Interior Designers. Multiple scholarships are available. Awards of up to $5000. Deadline expected in April - TBD.  

 

CARiD Scholarship. This scholarship is open to US Students ages 16-20 who are enrolled in post-secondary education. Submit a photo inspired by any aspect of the automotive industry. Award is $1000. Deadlines are in March and April.  

 

Craig D Butler Scholarship. This scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors from Pennsylvania. The award amount is not disclosed. The deadline is April 11th. 

 

Create Real Impact Contest. This scholarship is open to middle school, high school, trade school, college, or university students ages 14-22, who are US citizens or are DACA eligible. Offer a solution to distracted driving with creative writing, video, graphic design, or music. Award is $1500. The deadline is April 15th. 

 

Dairy Shrine / DMI Education & Communication Scholarships. These scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate college students who are pursuing education or communication careers in dairy or food-related industries. Major areas can include Education, Social Media & Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition (Human), and Journalism. Scholarships are based on leadership, experience, academic ability, and interests in education or communications. Co-sponsored with Dairy Management Inc. Multiple awards offered. Awards up to $1500. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

Daniel Triano Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school senior hockey players who are registered with USA Hockey. Award is $1000. Deadline is April 3rd.  

 

Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund. This scholarship is open to high school seniors planning to enroll and current undergraduate, trade, technical school, and graduate students who have been active in movements for social and economic justice. Renewable awards of $15,000. Deadline is April 1st.  

 

Employment BOOST Academic Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school seniors and 2-year and 4-year college students in the US with a GPA of 3.6 or higher. This scholarship is open to students pursuing any major. 1 scholarship will be given to a student pursuing any major and a 2nd scholarship will be given to a student pursuing business or STEM fields. Deadlines are accepted year-round on a rolling basis. Awards of $1000.  

 

Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes. This scholarship is open to US and Canadian students ages 8-18 who are currently working on an inspiring service project or have done so within the past 12 months. Award of $10,000. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

Gloria Barron Wilderness Society Scholarship. This scholarship is open to graduate students who seek to make a positive difference in understanding wilderness and how to protect it. Award is $15,000. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

Gus Archie Scholarship Program. This scholarship is open to high school seniors and current undergraduate students intending to enroll in a petroleum engineering program. This is a merit-based scholarship. Awards up to $20,000. Awards will be distributed as $5000 per year renewable for up to 4 years. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

HireAHelper Skilled Trade Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school seniors, and undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational school students. Award is $2000. Deadline is April 16th. Recipients will be chosen by drawing. 

 

Huebner Scholarships. This scholarship is open to high school seniors who are children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of soldiers who have served or are serving in the 1st Infantry of the United States Army. Award of $10,000 Deadline is April 30th.  


ISA with World Strides Scholarships. Multiple opportunities are available with this scholarship program for studying abroad or opting to travel during a gap year. Students can travel and have an immersive experience in Spain, England, South Korea, New Zealand, and Australia. Awards are up to $5000. Deadlines of October 30th, February 28th, and April 30th exist for applications depending on the location of travel.   


Innovation in Education Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school and college students who have designed an innovative project that makes a difference in the lives of others with a GPA minimum of 3.0. The award is $500 and repeats monthly. Open to students in the US and Canada. The deadline is the 20th of every month.  

 

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarships. These scholarships are open to 8th grade - undergraduate level students with demonstrated financial need. Deadlines are April 29th, November 12th, and January 7th depending on the age of the applicant. Award of up to $120,000 total with $40,000 awards given per year up to 3 years.  

 

JCCIA Scholarships. This scholarship is open to students of Italian heritage. Award is $5000. There are various scholarships. Deadlines are April 5th, May 1st, September 15th, or November 1st depending on the scholarship.   

 

Lake Swannanoa Community Impact Scholarship. This scholarship is open to students of any age who are LSHA members and who have had a significant positive impact on the Lake Swannanoa community in the last 12 months. Award is $500. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

Lou Manzione Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school seniors from NJ who are registered with USA Hockey. Award is $1000. Deadline is April 3rd. 

 

MES Foundation Scholarships. These scholarships are open to Maine high school seniors with demonstrated financial need. Awards of up to $20,000. Deadline is April 1st.  


Oregon Association of Nurseries. These scholarships are open to Oregon high school and college students enrolled in or planning to pursue horticulture or botany programs. Awards are up to $1500. Multiple scholarships are offered. Deadline is April 15th.  


Peters Foundation Scholarship. This scholarship is open to high school seniors who are pursuing environmental studies, conservation or forestry and will be attending a Christian college in Illinois, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan or Wisconsin. Awards of up to $20,000. Deadline is April 1st.  

 

SBB Research Group STEM Scholarship. This scholarship is open to students enrolled full-time at a college or university, who are pursuing STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics). Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5. Deadline is on a rolling basis (12 awarded per year). Award is $2,500. This scholarship is open to students worldwide and there are no age restrictions.  

 

Scott and Kim Verplank Foundation. This scholarship is open to high school senior students with a diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes, and are US citizens with a 3.0 GPA. Awards of up to $10,000. Deadline is April 15th.  

 

Think for Yourself Scholarship. This scholarship is open to 11th and 12th-grade high school students. Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident. Write about free speech. This scholarship is offered by Let It Grow Inc. Awards of up to $5000. Deadline is April 30th.  

 

Virginia Heinlein Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is open to female undergraduate students pursuing mathematics, engineering, biological sciences, physical sciences, or science fiction as literature. This scholarship is open to women worldwide. Multiple awards are offered. Award of $3000. Deadline is April 1st.  

 

Walker Williams Wilson Scholarship. This scholarship is open to African-American male high school senior students with a GPA minimum of 2.7 with acceptance to a historically Black college or university. The award amount is not disclosed. Deadline is April 21st.  

 

WIIT Scholarships. These scholarships are from the Association of Women in International Trade. Applicants must identify as female and be undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate students who are studying all aspects of international trade, economic development, or women’s economic empowerment. Award of $1500. Deadline April 1st and November 1st.
